Crete Professionals Alliance and its subsidiary entities (collectively, “Crete PA”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we may obtain about individuals, how we may use the information, with whom we may share it, how we protect it, and the choices available regarding our use of the information. The Privacy Notice also describes how you can contact us about our privacy practices. Other privacy policies could apply depending on how you interact with us, the products or services you may ultimately obtain from us, or the jurisdiction in which we are doing business with you.

Multiple Crete PA entities may be responsible for the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.  Please see the “How to Contact Us” section below for further information on these entities.

Information We Collect

We obtain personal information about individuals in various ways, such as when you visit our websites atwww.cretepa.com as well as other online services that we own or control.  The types of personal information we may obtain include:

  • On the contact form on our websites, we request your name, email address, and phone number, and the content of your message;
  • When you use the chat feature, we collect the information you submit in connection with that chat session;
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter, we request your email address;
  • When you contact us regarding a career opportunity with Crete PA, we collect the information you submit in connection with that career opportunity, such as contact details, information in your resume and details about your current employment;

In addition, individuals may choose to submit information to us in other ways, such as through emails or other communications, social media pages, surveys, registrations and sign-up forms. Information We Collect By Automated Means

When you interact with our websites or open our emails, we may obtain certain information by automated means, such as pixel tags, server or device logs and other technologies. You may see our ads on other websites or mobile apps because we use third-party ad services on our websites. These ad services may collect data about your visits to websites and apps that participate in these services, such as the pages or ads you view and the actions you take on the websites or apps. Retention Of Personal Information

We will keep your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, taking into account applicable statute of limitation periods and records retention requirements under applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

Crete PA’s products and services, including our websites, are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. In connection with the websites, we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under such age without parental consent, we will delete the information from our records. Updates To Our Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our privacy practices. We will post a notice on the websites to notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Notice and indicate at the top of the Privacy Notice when it was most recently updated.
